
The new coffee maker Asobu Pour Over Copper, easily transportable, combines functionality, elegance and allows you to reach a whole new level of excellence in the preparation of coffee.
The Absolu Pour Over is supplied with an insulated carafe double sided Stainless steel copper coated, which keeps your coffee hot or cool for several hours. It also features a filtered with micro-perforated double skin in Inox.
The lid allows you to carry your coffee everywhere. The carafe can be closed using its solid stainless steel lid which will maintain the heat until 12 hours.
Maximum capacity 1 litre.
Barista Tips
1 / Assemble the Pour Over by screwing on either side of the flared sleeve, which serves as a handle, the glass infuser and the carafe, then add the metal filter.
2 / Add the grind and start the infusion.
3 / First extraction: water the coffee for 30 to 45 seconds starting from the center of the cone towards the outside of it, turning in a spiral to cover the coffee with water. At this stage, avoid direct contact between the filter and the water.
4 / Second extraction: wait 15 seconds and pour the rest of the water using the same method.
5 / Once the extraction is complete, remove the filter and enjoy!
