The filters are reusable a hundred times.
ADVICE ON USE AND MAINTENANCE
After use, rinse with clear water then two choices:
• Allow to air dry.
• Immerse it in a carafe of water and store it in the fridge (will help loosen the oils in the coffee better; colored water is a sign of success!).
• The mesh of the EBB filter will be less fine than that of a paper filter; consider making your grind bigger.
• The filter will evolve over time; you can adapt the grind and the recipe according to the extraction speed.
• Also, we advise you to boil the filter for 5 minutes to loosen the coffee solids. The longevity is around 100 uses, and will therefore depend on your rate of extraction!
