THE BARISTA RECIPE
20gr of coffee for 300gr of filtered water
With this portafilter, it is advisable to grind coarsely, and to wait until the water has run out between each pour (resume the pour as soon as there is almost no more water).
1 / Rinse the filter with hot water, grind the coffee and place it in the filter holder.
2 / Pour 50gr of water then at total flow of water pour 70gr additional
3 / pour 3 times 60 grams of water
4 / Let all the water drain out and enjoy!
